Scope
tako agents is a personal setup used by a single person, the owner of botsonblocks.com, with a single Google account, tako.d.pi@gmail.com. It is not available to anyone else and collects no data about other people's Google accounts.
Google data accessed
With the owner's consent, the app requests access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Meet for tako.d.pi@gmail.com. It reads, creates or changes that data only when the owner asks an agent to do so.
How the data is used
- Data is used only to carry out the owner's requests (for example, reading a message, sending a reply, or creating a calendar event).
- To process a request, the content involved may be sent to the AI model provider that powers the agent the owner is using (Anthropic or OpenAI). It is sent only for that request.
- Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train AI models by this app, and never shared with anyone else.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the owner's own computer at home. The app keeps no copy of Google data beyond what a request needs; anything saved locally stays on that computer and is deleted when no longer useful.
Revoking access
Access can be withdrawn at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops the app from reaching the account immediately.
